Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2024!

As 2023 draws to a close and we start to look forward to a new and exciting year ahead, we should perhaps take time during the festive period to enjoy some quality time with our families and loved ones in a spirit of quiet contemplation, while also taking the opportunity to give our own batteries a much-needed charge. We would like to thank not only all our customers for the trust they have placed in us over the last 12 months, but also our partners for their excellent work over this period. The entire MailStore team wishes you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year 2024.

MailStore’s Highlights of the Year

Before we say goodbye to 2023, let’s look back at some of the key moments that shaped MailStore’s year.

  • MailStore is officially the best email archiving solution! We won platinum at the 2023 Storage Insider Awards in the category “Archiving”. We were also delighted to receive the accolade of “Best Independent Email Archiving Vendor 2023” at the 2023 Business Excellence Awards.
  • MailStore Releases: we’ve quickly become accustomed to the quarterly release cycle that allows you and your customers to benefit even faster from any new features and improvements to our software. You will find the blog articles on Releases 23.1, 23.2, 23.3 and 23.4 here.
  • It goes without saying that MailStore is attending live events again! With Corona restrictions now firmly behind us, we appeared at a number of European and South American events in 2023, including the it-sa in Nuremberg and the DMEA in Berlin, the Cybersecurity Forum in Wrocław (Poland), the MSP Days in Riccione (Italy), not forgetting the Qubit Conference in Prague (Czechia), to name but a few.

Availability of the Support Team during the Festive Period

Please note that during the festive period, our technical support staff will be available at the following times:

  • Technical support will not be available between 23 December up to and including 26 December 2023.
  • From 27 December up to and including 29 December 2023, we will be available by telephone or email from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Technical support will not be available between 30 December 2023 up to and including 1 January 2024.
