Please note the availability of our technical support on the following days:

• On December 23, 2024 (Monday), we will be available by phone or email from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
• Technical support will not be available from December 24 to 26, 2024 inclusive.
• On December 27, 2024 (Friday), we will be available by phone or email from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• On December 30, 2024 (Monday), we will be available by phone or email from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• In the period from December 31, 2024 up to and including January 01, 2025, technical support will not be available.
• From January 02, 2025 (Thursday) we will be there for you again as usual.
