Authorized:
Get started with the MailStore Partner Program by utilizing program benefits that include an onboarding service, access to sales and marketing materials and tiered pricing.

Connect with named resources including a Channel Sales Manager (CSM) and benefit from a higher discount on MailStore Server.

What is the MailStore Certified Archiving Specialist (MCAS)?

MailStore offers an online certification (at no charge) to become a MailStore Certified Archiving Specialist (MCAS). This allows partners to acquire and maintain a solid background knowledge of MailStore Server and the most important aspects of email archiving. This includes:

Hardware sizing and storage
Managing users
Setting up archiving
Accessing archived emails
Exporting archived emails
Archive backup and restore

What is the Period of Validity for MCAS certificate?

The validity of the certificate is 12 – 18 months, depending on the date of certification. The expiry date is either at the end of the first half or at the end of the second half of the year: Certifications received between 1 January and 30 June expire on 30 June of the following year. Certifications received between 1 July and 31 December expire on 31 December of the following year.
