We announced the happy news a little while ago, and the big day finally arrived on 27 April: We received the gold STEVIE® AWARD at the GERMAN STEVIE AWARDS 2018 for our technical support as well as for maintaining our high level of quality during our growth. Receiving this distinction in the ‘department of the year in the area of support’ category demonstrates once again – as does our regular, positive customer feedback – that we are coming closer and closer to the goal we set for ourselves in 2014: to provide outstanding technical support. In the luxurious Adlon Hotel in Berlin, Germany, Christian Mussmann, Director of Technical Support at MailStore, accepted the award on behalf of his team. He was in excellent company at the event: Renowned companies such as Deutsche Messe AG, DHL Express Germany, SAP, and Telekom Deutschland GmbH as well as giants from the communications agency sector such as Hill+Knowlton Strategies GmbH and Schwartz Public Relations were present to accept Stevies – the German business awards with the most different categories.
In his statement at the award ceremony, Christian Mussmann thanked his team, whose excellent work made winning the award possible in the first place:
