A New Design for MailStore – Yet Everything Remains the Same

As a pioneer in the field of email archiving, we have been offering simple, secure, flexible, and scalable technology since 2006, enabling companies to reliably meet legal requirements for long-term email storage. Since our founding, we have continuously evolved – technologically, organizationally, and visually. After several years as part of OpenText, the next logical step is here: MailStore is getting a new design that aligns visually with the OpenText brand world.

What Does That Mean Specifically?

In short: only the appearance is changing. The changes are purely visual and have no impact on the stability or operation of the MailStore software.

It is exclusively a graphical modernization: a new blue-colored scheme replaces our familiar orange, and our logo is being updated.

Why Are We Updating the Design, and When Will the Change Take Place?

MailStore has been part of OpenText for several years, and now this should be immediately apparent. The new color scheme and modified logo ensure that all solutions under the OpenText umbrella are consistent and clearly recognizable.

It is important to us that MailStore remains MailStore. The technology, workflows, and our product strategy remain unchanged. Only the appearance is moving closer to OpenText.

Starting today, the new color scheme and logo will be visible in the software for the first time. Our website, newsletters, and familiar information materials such as brochures and flyers will also be gradually updated – carefully and without affecting your ongoing operations.
