MailStore is DATEV’s Software Partner for Email Archiving
- Migration of DATEV’s existing customers via specially developed interface
Viersen, August 14, 2019 +++ MailStore Software GmbH, a leading German specialist in email archiving, is DATEV’s new software partner for email archiving. In the future, DATEV will focus on completing its digital client file in its own document management system. The Nuremberg-based provider of software and IT services to tax consultants, auditors, attorneys, and companies is recommending the MailStore Server solution for email archiving to its clients. Developed in Germany and market-proven for over ten years, the email archiving software will help DATEV clients comply with the legal regulations governing the archiving of incoming and outgoing emails. The software of the Viersen-based developers is already listed in DATEV’s own electronic marketplace as a recommendation for legally compliant email archiving. Since many of DATEV’s system partners already cooperate with MailStore, the market’s leading, open-system software will be simple to implement. A special-purpose interface has been developed to migrate existing DATEV email archiving clients.
As part of the long-term partnership, MailStore will participate regularly in events held by DATEV in order to raise awareness for the subject of email archiving there. The cooperation agreement will allow MailStore to extend its lead in the market for email archiving.
