MailStore – Error message “Too many retries performed. More than 3 retries encountered while sending the request”

Summary
We are currently receiving problem reports whilst archiving, using the conversion tool, Directory Sync., e.g. from Microsoft Exchange Online.
When using the Microsoft Graph API, MailStore customers currently get an error message stating that “Too many retries performed. More than 3 retries encountered while sending the request”.
Cause
The described behavior does not represent a defect within MailStore, but is caused by Microsoft. It means that the Microsoft services, like Exchange Online, used are under heavy load and can’t respond right now.
Regardless, our team continues to work on potential optimizations.

MailStore recommends re-running the Failed job (archiving, conversion tool, Directory Sync., e.g.) that is causing this error.
