MailStore – Error message “Expected depth to be zero at the end of the JSON payload”

Summary
We are currently receiving problem reports when archiving from Microsoft Exchange Online.
When archiving via the Microsoft Graph API, Some MailStore customers currently get an error message stating that “Expected depth to be zero at the end of the JSON payload”.
Cause
The described behavior does not represent a defect within MailStore, but is caused by Microsoft .
Resolution
Workaround
MailStore recommends re-running the archiving profile job that is causing this error.
Our team continues to work on potential optimizations and the usage of Microsoft Graph.
