MailStore Error Message “Exchange Server 15.21.x.x is not supported by this version of MailStore”
Summary
Thank you very much for contacting MailStore Support. We are currently receiving many problem reports when archiving from Microsoft Exchange Online.
When archiving from Exchange Online, MailStore customers currently get an error message stating that ‘Exchange Server 15.21.x.x is not supported by this version of MailStore’
Cause
Microsoft has updated the EWS version (Exchange Web Services) which leads to incompatibility with 3rd party apps including MailStore Server, MailStore SPE.
Resolution
MailStore has prepared a hotfix to resolve this problem.
