What exactly is the MCAS?

The MCAS is a personal certification awarded to the person who successfully completed the technical certification. The content of the certification course is updated with each release of MailStore Server (the MailStore Service Provider Edition is not part of the MCAS). This ensures that the certified specialist stays informed about the latest developments of our software. Therefore, we encourage partners’ employees to renew their certification on a yearly basis. Moreover, with the certification we are sprucing up the knowledge about the most important aspects of email archiving, including:

• Hardware sizing and storage
• Managing users
• Setting up archiving
• Accessing archived emails
• Exporting archived emails
• Archive backup and restore

The MCAS Study Guide & Enrollment of the MCAS

To prepare our partners as best as possible, we provide you with our MCAS Study Guide. The Study Guide will help you to prepare step-by-step for the MCAS online test. The structure of the Study Guide is based on the goals defined by the MCAS exam.
