The Email Christmas Story

With the holiday season in full swing, email inboxes are starting to fill up. Companies that once mailed traditional cards now opt to send their holiday greetings by email. Some are more creative than others, but most include a large attachment or integrated graphics or images. It’s common for several employees to receive the same emails and attachments. Archiving large amounts of data like this often poses a challenge to storage capacities! It doesn’t have to be that way though: MailStore Server features integrated storage technology that compresses and deduplicates emails! This way, the same content and attachments from multiple emails are only archived once. As a result, it is possible to reduce storage requirements by up to 70 percent. What good news!
