FR L’Osteria GmbH is an Italian restaurant concept currently with 55 locations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. It has grown from a small company, originally founded in Nuremberg, to become a well-run network since 1999.
In addition to ‘the best pizza and pasta d’amore’ prepared in the open kitchen, the concept of founders, Friedemann Findeis and Klaus Rader, includes a cozy atmosphere typical for L’Osteria with tall banks of windows, designer lamps, and black and white photos on the walls.
The jury awarded the renowned Hamburg Food Service Prize to the rapidly expanding company for its “successful mix of standardized restaurant concept, unique charm, and a casual, feel-good ambiance” back in 2012.
