We are very happy to announce the results of our latest global customer satisfaction survey. Customer ratings exceeded 90% across customer support, product performance and usability, with 98,9% of customers saying they would recommend MailStore. The survey is based on responses from 571 MailStore small and mid-sized enterprise (SME) customers worldwide, including the U.S., Canada, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
We enable legally compliant email archiving in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. A need that is becoming increasingly critical and complex as requirements differ widely on an international scale. In the DACH region, more than 60% of SMEs surveyed indicated that compliance was a key driver in selecting our software..

Survey results include:
- Strong Satisfaction with Customer Support – 94% of SME customers rated MailStore Customer Support response times very good or good, 93% rated issue resolution very good or good, and 93% rated the quality of those solutions to be very good or good.
- Excellent Product Performance – 94% of SME customers rated MailStore product performance very good or good and 98% rated product stability very good or good.
- Easy to Use & Own – 95% of SME customers rated MailStore product set-up as very good or good, 93% rated product maintenance as very good or good, and 93% rate user acceptance as very good or good.
“Our price/performance ratio was also rated overwhelmingly high, with 89% respondents saying very good or good. Together with 99% of customers saying they would recommend MailStore, it is clear that we are on absolutely the right track with our approach of closely supporting our SME customers in all phases of use, from pre-sales to implementation and daily use,” said Christian Mussmann, Director of Technical Support at MailStore.
