User Licenses
The user licenses refer to actual users only. This means that, for example, with the
packet “MailStore Server incl. 25 user licenses” you may archive the e-mails of 25
actual users. If applicable you may install multiple MailStore Clients per actual
user (e.g. in the case of more than one PC per user). If actual users should have
several mailboxes belonging to them, you may also archive these in unlimited number
without additional licenses - provided the number of actual users does not change.

Delivery
The delivery of the MailStore license key will take place via e-mail directly
after receipt of payment. With the license key a running test-version of
MailStore Server can also be converted into a full-version without reinstallation.
E-mails which have already been archived with the test-version and programmed
installation will be adopted seamlessly. A complete new installation of MailStore
is not necessary. In the case of loss your respective license key can be requested
as often as needed by contacting our support.

Support
After purchase you are entitled to a free 90 day installation support via e-mail.
The duration commences with your incoming order. An extensive support can be
obtained over the Update and Support Service.

Payment Options
You can make your payments by using Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB,
PayPal and bank transfer. As partner of deepinvent Software GmbH the

will professionally carry out the order process and the safe handling of payments.

Updates
|
With the purchase of MailStore Server you are entitled to all future updates of the
respective version free of charge. This is valid until the release of the new main
version.
Example
If you purchase the MailStore Server version 2.5, you receive free updates of all
2.x versions. Updating to a 3.0 version is liable to pay costs.

Update and Support Service
Unlimited free updates can be obtained over the
Update and Support Service.
Hotfixes
Hotfixes are updates, which solely patch program errors and are always made
available without limitations.

We will be happy to make you an individual reduced offer, so you can profit from
the advantages of MailStore.
