MailStore Version 25.2 now available

Support of OAuth Authentication for Outlook.com and Email Archiving for NoSpamProxy Users

Viersen, 02.04.2025 +++ The German specialist for email archiving, MailStore by OpenText, is today launching the latest version, V25.2, of its MailStore email archiving solutions. The update for MailStore Server, the MailStore Service Provider Edition (SPE), MailStore Gateway and MailStore Home brings important new features:

• Support of OAuth Authentication for Outlook.com
  The MailStore archiving profile for Outlook.com – including all its email domains such as live.com, hotmail.com and msn.com – now supports OAuth authentication, which eliminates known login problems.
• Email Archiving for NoSpamProxy
  With V25.2, NoSpamProxy users can now also archive their emails. All they have to do is configure the email security solution using the connector so that emails are forwarded to the MailStore Gateway.

As usual, Version 25.2 of MailStore Server and the MailStore SPE were certified by an independent IT auditor and data privacy expert. The GDPR certificate relates to the processing of personal data, which for both solutions complies with the requirements of the EU’s GDPR and the Federal Data Protection Act (DSG) in Switzerland, respectively.
