MailStore Version 25.3 now available

Indexing of E-invoice Formats and new SMTP Connection Type With OAuth2 for Microsoft 365

Viersen, 02.07.2025 +++ The German specialist for email archiving, MailStore by OpenText, is today launching the latest version, V25.3, of its MailStore email archiving solutions. The update for MailStore Server, the MailStore Service Provider Edition (SPE), and MailStore Home brings important new features:

• MailStore Indexes E-invoice Formats
  E-invoices sent by email have always been able to be archived with MailStore. Digital invoice formats such as ZUGFeRD or XRechnung are now fully indexed in MailStore V25.3 to make it easier to find e-invoices in the archive using the search function.
• New SMTP Connection Type With OAuth2 for Microsoft 365
  Microsoft 365 users can look forward to a new SMTP connection type in MailStore V25.3. The new SMTP connection type supports OAuth2 authentication for sending emails via Microsoft 365. The previous “Standard” setting will no longer be supported from September 2025.

As usual, Version 25.3 of MailStore Server and the MailStore SPE were certified by an independent IT auditor and data privacy expert. The GDPR certificate relates to the processing of personal data, which for both solutions complies with the requirements of the EU’s GDPR and the Federal Data Protection Act (DSG) in Switzerland, respectively.
