Conscorci Sanitari Alt Penedès-Garraf is a hospital consortium responsible for managing three hospitals and clinics in the Catalonia region, Spain. As the company grew, so did the volume of email data to be managed. Due to mailbox limits being reached, the company was forced to outsource emails as PST files.

Due to the error-prone nature of PST files and the mailbox limits that had been reached, the company decided to install a robust email archiving solution to prevent data loss, eliminate the problem of mailbox limits being reached, and enable email data storage in a central location.

Based on a recommendation from a business partner, MailStore Server was tested and ultimately implemented.
