Certification for MailStore Certified Archiving Specialist (MCAS) allows partners to acquire and maintain a solid background knowledge of MailStore Server and the most important aspects of email archiving. This includes:
- Hardware sizing and storage
- Managing users
- Setting up archiving
- Accessing archived emails
- Exporting archived emails
- Archive backup and restore
The certification can be renewed on a yearly basis. The content of the certification course is updated with each release of MailStore Server. This ensures that employees stay informed about the latest developments of our software. Participants who successfully complete the online test will receive a personal certificate, can demonstrate their expertise to end customers and officially include MCAS among their qualifications.
