George Orwell is said to have once remarked, “Time doesn’t pass faster than it used to, only we pass it faster.” And so we rub our eyes in amazement as the last days of 2025 approach. Christmas and New Year’s Eve are just around the corner. And with them comes the opportunity for many people to spend a relaxing time with family and friends. Enjoy the holidays. Our Highlights of the Year

December is always a good time to look back on the past 12 months and reflect on the team’s achievements. Here are some of the highlights:

• MailStore Cloud is here! We expanded our product portfolio in the fall and launched MailStore Cloud, a cloud-native email archiving solution.
• We participated in numerous events around the world and took the opportunity to connect with our partners and customers in person.
• We win platinum! At the coveted IT AWARDS, organized by the renowned publisher Vogel IT-Medien, we took first place in the “Archiving” category.
• Our software is constantly being improved. This year, we released versions 25.1, 25.2, 25.3, and 25.4 for MailStore Server and MailStore SPE.

Availability Technical Support Between the Holidays

Please note the availability of our technical support on the following days:

• On December 22 and 23, 2025 (Monday & Tuesday), we will be available by phone or email from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
• Technical support will not be available from December 24 to 26, 2025 inclusive.
• On December 29 and 30, 2025 (Monday & Tuesday), we will be available by phone or email from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• In the period from December 31, 2025 up to and including January 01, 2026, technical support will not be available.
• From January 02, 2026 (Friday) we will be there for you again as usual.
