Further Information for Partner

This is how it works

After you have completed and forwarded the registration form, you will generally be cleared by us within 12 hours. Once you have been cleared, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and then can immediately process orders over the partner-shop.

Who can register?

In order to register as a partner you simply need to have a registration of a business or equally have an up to date certificate of registration. You may be asked to send us a copy of either one upon registration.

Discounts

You will be informed about the amount of your partner-discount via e-mail after having successfully registered. You will then automatically be provided with your discount when logging on to the partner-shop.

Conducting orders over the partner-shop

Select the products you wish to purchase in the online shop and click on "Buy now". You can login within the order-page by klicking on the button "Partner Login". Your discount will automatically be apllied.

Fill in the details of your customer for whom the MailStore Server license is to be generated for under "license holder address". The billing address will automatically be stated as your own contact address. Hence you will receive our invoice and then can re-sell the product to your customer on your own account. If you do not quote an alternative delivery address (license holder address), you as the partner will receive the license key via e-mail and will then have to forward it to your customer.

Buying MailStore including the Update- and Support-Service

As a MailStore partner you also have the possibility to purchase MailStore Server including the Update-and Support-Service and re-sell both to your customer. In this case we will put on record your customer (the license holder) as recipient of benefits (e.g. for updates), but the actual Update-and Support-Service agreement will be made with you as the partner. This means that you as the partner will be our “contractual partner”, therefore you will always be billed for the Update and Support Service and it will also be your responsibility to extend or cancel the agreement. This way your customer stays your customer and receives an one-stop service. Meanwhile your partner discount is valid for the first and all future years of the Update and Support Service duration.

Payment options

You can make your payments by using Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB, PayPal and bank transfer. The order processing and liquidation is professionally carried out by our partner, the company Cleverbridge AG.

Delivery

The delivery of the MailStore license key will take place via e-mail directly after receipt of payment. If you do not quote an alternative delivery address, the license key will automatically be sent to you, the partner.
