Updates

Current versions of MailStore Server and MailStore Client can be downloaded from our website:

http://www.mailstore.com/en/mailstore-server-download.aspx

In addition, preliminary versions of MailStore can be downloaded from our MailStore lab:

http://www.mailstore.com/en/mailstore-lab.aspx

Installing Updates

New versions of MailStore Server can be installed on top of the existing MailStore application, it does not have to be uninstalled. All archived e-mails and settings are transferred and applied to the new installation. Please keep in mind that the version of MailStore Server must always match the version of the MailStore Clients.

Checking for Updates in MailStore

On the start page in MailStore Client, click on Check for Updates to compare your existing version of MailStore to the most current version available.

Validity of Licenses

A purchased license is always valid for the current main version of MailStore. For example, a license for MailStore Server 2.5 is also valid for MailStore Server 2.7,  but not for MailStore Server 3.0.

If an Update and Support Service contract has been made, you are entitled to all new MailStore versions for the duration of the contract. When a new main version of MailStore is released, a new license can be requested free of charge through our Support.
